Link Building
Earned placements on sites that have their own audience, pursued one at a time. No networks, no packages, no volume promises.
What usually goes wrong
Links are the part of SEO with the most money and the least honesty in it. Anything sold by volume is a network, and a network works until the day it is recognised, after which cleaning it up costs more than it ever earned.
You would notice
- An agency quoting a number of links per month
- Placements on sites with traffic from nowhere
- Anchor text that reads like a search query
- A profile that grew in bursts nobody can explain
The work
Link Building, line by line.
Each line is work that gets done and can be checked afterwards. None of it is a promise about where you will rank — nobody can honestly make that one.
- 01Prospects found one at a time, on sites with their own audience
- 02Outreach written per site rather than sent as a template
- 03Anchor text that reads naturally in the sentence around it
- 04No networks, no packages, no volume promises
- 05Every placement recorded, with the page it points at
In practice
What has to be true before we pursue a site
- Has an audience of its own, not just an index entry
- Would send a click even if the link were nofollow
- Topic genuinely adjacent to yours
- Does not publish a sponsored post every day
- Not part of a ring linking to the same 200 sites
If a prospect fails the first two, nothing else about it matters.
Questions
Asked often enough to answer here.
How many links will I get?
We do not quote a number, because a number is a promise about other people's editorial decisions. We report what was pursued, what landed, and what did not.
Do you buy links?
No. Paid placement is against Google's guidelines, and more practically it buys you something that can be taken away.
How long before links move anything?
Months, and the first ones move least. Link building is the slowest thing we do and the easiest to waste money on.

We will look at it and come back with what we would do and what it would cost. If we are not the right fit for it, we will say that instead.
